A quick read about me.

I'm an experienced UX researcher and product strategist with a background in international branding, product development, & campaign activation. I have overseen the strategic and research initiatives across a diverse range of industries and clients such as Twitter and Unilever.

Currently, I am the Banking + Trust Research Lead at Square, overseeing a team of mixed-method researchers supporting our Banking, Risk, Identity, and Support experiences.

In prior roles, I’ve managed the product and research initiatives for Hyundai, Twitter, Airbnb, JP Morgan Chase, Spotify and Rockhall to name a few. My wide-ranging category experience encompasses fintech, travel, automotive, beauty, beverage, technology, retail, spirits, and music, which has been recognized by The FWA, Awwwards, and among others.

Aside from strategy, I’m a fluent Chinese speaker and Spanish speaker (now Yiddish!) with several years as a radio DJ.
